What is your return policy?
FLEXFLOP prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and service. If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 5 business days after being received, and you may request an exchange or we will provide you with a Web Credit, less shipping costs. *Please reference Web Credit section below.
Buyer must notify flexflop within 5 days in writing for an authorization.
Keep in mind that flexflop will only provide refunds for undamaged and unfolded merchandise in that is sent back in its original packaging. Shoes must be returned NOT FOLDED and shipped flat when being shipped back as a return.
All returns must be sent via UPS, registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track a package, and requires a signature upon delivery.
Please note - the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless FLEXFLOP.com has sent the incorrect size, an incorrect or damaged item

Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box and placed into another box when being shipped back as a return.
If you do not ship the shoes back by this method, you will receive $10.00 less credit from your order.

What is your refund/ exchange policy?
Refunds are not permitted unless Flexflop has sent an incorrect size, an incorrect or damaged item, and when the customer chooses not to receive an exchange of the incorrect item or damaged item for the correct item or a replacement.
Please note that flexflop.com does not permit the return or exchange of the following items:

Please email us at customerservice@flexflop.com for the Return/Exchange Form, completely filled out with your order number, the date the order was delivered to you, billing and shipping contact information, quantity number of each item being returned, item name, type option (size), single item price, total price of returned items, and a brief description of what the problem is with the merchandise.
Can I return a sale item?
All sale items or coupon code, daily deal or discounted items purchased at a reduced price are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Web Credits
Upon receipt of returned items, meeting the requirements of our Return and Exchange Policy that determine a Web Credit, a customer will be issued a web credit minus the shipping costs that can be used to purchase products on flexflop.com
Order Cancel
You may only cancel your order up to the time the order is shipped.
If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel the order. You can only return the order for a Web Credit. You are responsible for shipping costs to and from flexflop.com
flexflop may cancel your order, or part of your order, if the item is out of stock and no longer available.
You will receive an email if your complete order is canceled because the item or items are out of stock.

What is the online policy?

What is the order processing?
It may take approximately 1-5 business days to process an order before it is shipped by the Shipping Method chosen.
When we receive a high volume of orders, there may be approximately 2-3 weeks to process an order before it is shipped by the Shipping Method chosen. If you need expedited service please indicate it on your order in the notes.

Sale Items
All sale, daily deal or coupon code items purchased at a reduced price are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Item Availability
FLEXFLOP may cancel your order, or part of your order, if the item is out of stock and no longer available. You will receive an email if your complete order is canceled if item or items are out of stock.
In the event that part of your order is out of stock, FLEXFLOP will notify you immediately to ask if you would like to choose a different item or wait for backorder to come into stock. Flexflop reserves the right to remove the out of stock items from your order, and will ship the items on your order that are in stock. You will not be charged for the removed items.
If the out of stock items are still desired, please keep checking our website for the availability of the items that you want in order to reorder them
