EXCHANGE - RETURN POLICY


RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS:

FLEXFLOP prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and service. If you are not delighted with your purchase you may return, exchange or request a refund.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED FOR PURCHASES MADE AT REGULAR PRICE

Buyer must notify Flexflop in writing within 5-business days after receiving their merchandise to obtain an authorization for a Return, Exchange or Refund. You must also send us an e-mail to customerservice@flexflop.com to request the Return/Exchange Form. You must complete and return this form with the merchandise being returned.

All orders being returned must be sent back in its original packaging, unfolded, undamaged and never worn. All shoes must be returned NOT FOLDED and shipped flat when being shipped back as a return.

Flexflop will only provide refunds for undamaged and unfolded merchandise sent back in its original packaging along with the Return/Exchange Form. A web credit (less shipping cost) will be applied back to the original credit card used to purchase the merchandise.

All Returns must be sent via UPS, registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track a package, and requires a signature.

NOTE: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns/exchanges unless Flopflop has sent the incorrect size, an incorrect or damaged item.

DISCOUNTED MERCHANDISE AND SALE ITEMS:

All sale items and discontinued merchandise are all final sales…..NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS. (These items are as is and final sales)

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

You may only cancel your order up to the time the order is shipped. If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel the order. You can only return the order for a Web Credit. You are responsible for shipping costs to and from Flexflop. Flexflop may cancel your order or part of your order, if the item is out-of-stock and no longer available. You will receive an email if your complete order is cancelled because the item or items are out of stock.

ORDER PROCESSING:

It may take approximately 3-5 business days to process an order before it is shipped by the shipping method chosen. When we receive a high volume of orders, there may be approximately 2-3 weeks to process an order before it is shipped by the Shipping Method chosen. If you need expedited service, please indicate it on your order in the comment section during checkout.

In the event that part of your order is out of stock, Flexflop will notify you immediately to ask if you would like to choose a different item or wait for the back-ordered item(s) to come into stock.
