My coupon code isn't working:
First, please make sure you are using the coupon code with dashes ie: 44612123-0-1, not 4461212301. Second, check to make sure you are using the code at the top right and not the bar code number. If you are still having trouble send an email with your name, coupon number and city you purchased in to customerservice@flexflop.com

The color I wanted is Sold out:

When will you be getting in more fancy flexflops?:
Our approx delivery date is still undetermined. Please check back with us for more details

When will you be getting more black flexflops?:
Our approx delivery date is the end of April, 2011. Please check back with us for more details and updated delivery status.

What if my coupon code expires before you get more stock?:
We can extend your coupon code so that's its valid for the shipment. Please email us at customerservice@flexflop.com
